The easiest and the best crispiest chicken is the pan-frying chicken and there cannot be any dispute over this. You might have come across other recipes by browsing, that commands complicated cooking methods with non available ingredients, but the ingredients mentioned in this recipe are few and available everywhere and will suit your purse. This recipe is to help you to present a juicy fried chicken to your family and friends to impress them. This could yield to four servings.

Ingredients required

  • Whole Chicken cut up into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 2 cups of vegetable oil
  • Freshly f\ground Black pepper, 1 tablespoon full
  • Salt 3 teaspoons

    Preparation method

Wash the chicken pieces in cold water, dry them with paper towel by patting and arrange on a large plate. In a shallow bowl, add the flour and dredge the chicken pieces one by one, so that the flour is generously coated on the chicken pieces. Keep the chicken pieces aside on a plate for a few minutes.

A large skillet is to be heated on medium heat and the vegetable oil added to half inch deep of it. Just to test whether the oil has heated up to our requirement, sprinkle little flour and if it sizzles, consider the heat is good for frying the chicken. Add the chicken pieces to the oil; turn the pieces using a fork, until they become lighter brown in color. Consider cooking breast pieces for a few more minutes as they take a longer time to be cooked. While frying the chicken, if the oil splatters out of the skillet, you have to reduce the heat. In addition, you must keep an eye to see the chicken pieces are not charred or become dark brown. Poke the chicken with the fork in the fleshy part and if the juices run clear, consider the chicken has been fried. Continue to fry the chicken on all sides for about 30 minutes and then remove them from the skillet and leave them on the top of the cooling rack. The fried chicken is ready to serve warm or cold. The fried chicken would be delicious if you serve it warm with mashed potato and gravy. The chicken could also be served cold for lunch or consumed as a late night snack, when there is nothing around to eat at home.

    General Tips

For fighting bad breath, you can use toothpaste that contains tea-tree oil, a natural disinfectant. If you cannot find it in a pharmacy or supermarket, look for it in health food shops. Alternatively, you can even make your own mouthwash. Try this easy recipe: Mix together one-tablespoon witch hazel, one-teaspoon glycerine and five drops of peppermint essential oil with about 100 ml of water. Rinse your mouth with the mixture after brushing your teeth, or whenever you want to freshen your breath. Chlorine dioxide in the products that are advertised for bad breath helps to fight bad breath and can fight against the sulphur compounds that are responsible for causing the bad breath.
