Mark Zuckerberg home address

Mark Zuckerberg has bought the 4 houses nearby his multi-million dollar family, but he doesn't plan on hitting them all down to make one huge complex.

In its place he will be renting it out to the present residents as he in fact bought the homes to avoid a designer doing the similar thing.

'The developer was going to build a giant house and market the things as being next door to Mark Zuckerberg,' a source told The San Jose Mercury News.

Home sweet home: Mark Zuckerberg purchased this five-bedroom house for $7million two years ago, but now he holds four of the neighboring assets as well

The paper reports that this form of private privacy came with a total value tag of $30million as he has paid less than a year buying up four different assets on his block.

The values and sizes of the homes vary & one price more than $14million which one realtor said was 'absurdly high'.

The main of the four that he bought through a lawful entity is located straight behind his house and then he got two additional behind his house and one openly next door.

That's twice the value the Facebook founder funded for his own home when he credited it for him and his then-girlfriend Priscilla Chan.

The couple got wedded in a surprise ceremony at the home, and requested guests thought that it has been just a graduation for Chan as she had just finished medical school.

While he has no meaning of staying in any of these novel homes, he and his wife did buy a pied a terre for themselves in one of San Francisco's priciest areas.

The home that they live in complete time- and the four that they currently own surrounding it- is in the Crescent Park area in Silicon Valley and is less than a 10 minute way to Facebook's HQs in Menlo Park.

That area is about 40 minutes separate of San Francisco, and currently the couple owns a house in the heart of the town.

The billionaire later snapped up a further three homes close to guarantee his privacy.

On a claim, which is ongoing, Voskerician claims that Zuckerberg promised to present him to valuable contacts in Silicon Valley in talk for the sale of the stuff, it is reported.

In an April 13, 2013, email, the creator, who lives in Palo Alto with his spouse, Eva, told Zuckerberg: 'First, I am glad that I could maintain your confidentiality by selling you the Hamilton assets.

Assessor’s records show that employees for Zuckerberg & his wife, UCSF medic Priscilla Chan, have taken out no less than 10 licenses for millions of dollars in building work to the 1920s-era home situated just a block and a half from hipster central Dolores Park.

One document lists a $65,000 alter of the kitchen and six bathrooms a figure that seemed to be so small that one real estate manager called it “a joke.”
