    General Food Tips

Too much intake of foods that are rich in fat, for example red meat is not permissible as it might not be good for your health (in particular trans fat and saturated fat) must be lessened to a greater extent. Consume more plant oils and fish food is also necessary. Try to take cod liver oil on a daily basis, which is good for health. If you are a chicken eater and eat it on a daily basis, then you must consider eating tender chicken as it is easily digestible and good for health.
