Chinese lemon chicken recipe

Ingredients required

  • 450g/1lb of skinless and boneless chicken strips

  • One teaspoon of corn flour to be stirred with pure water
  • A small bunch of spring onions to be shredded

    Method of preparation

    Use a bowl to combine egg white, salt, corn flour, all chicken pieces and the sesame oil, by stirring and making sure that the chicken is thoroughly coated with the mixture. Leave it aside for about twenty minutes, so that the chicken absorbs the ingredients.
