Chicken rub recipe

Ingredients Required

  • 2 whole chickens, skin less, separated into dark and white meat parts

  • 1 teaspoon of rubbed sage
  • 1 teaspoon of ground thyme

  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder

    Preparation method

  • 1/2 cup of cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

    Preparation method

    Use a saucepan to combine all the ingredients slowly and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Then reduce the heat and allow it to simmer until the sauce is thickened.
