  • Corn Flour 1/2 cup
  • Plain Flour 2 cups
  • Baking Powder 2 tbsp
  • Powdered white pepper 1 tablespoon
  • Green chili past three tablespoons
  • Finger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Required water
  • Preparation method

    Use a shallow bowl and mix green chili paste, salt, baking powder, ginger garlic with water and prepare a semi sold paste. Dip the chicken pieces, coat well, and leave it for about 5 hours for marinating. Take out the chicken and leave on a plate to dry. Mix separately, corn flour, white pepper and salt. In addition, coat the chicken to cover. Deep fry the chicken and when the color turns to golden brow, remove and serve hot.
