Baked boneless chicken breast recipes

Ingredients required

  • Chicken breasts that is without skin and boneless
  • 2 to 3 eggs that are of good quality
  • Bread crumbs that are seasoned well
  • Pure oil (Canola)
  • Preparation

    Preheat the microwave oven up to 190°C or 375°F.

    Take a baking sheet that is flat and generously grease it with the canola oil. Arrange to place the flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs that are seasoned in three separate dishes or deep plates. You can pound and flatten the chicken or use the chicken breasts that are skinless and boneless, by slicing them. First, dip gently the chicken in the flour and shake off the excess flour on the chicken. It is not essential, but only optional to coat the chicken with flour before coating with egg. Further the same in the egg, take away excess and finally dip in the bread crumbs that are seasoned. To improve the flavor of the egg you may mix a few drops of soy sauce or ketchup. If you are averse to using whole egg, you can use the egg white alone to cut cholesterol or just use water instead of egg to moisten the chicken before breading them. The seasoned bread crumbs can be made at home by adding paprika, pepper, garlic powder to the regular bread crumbs. Place all the chicken on a baking sheet that is flat and sprinkle with little canola oil all over the chicken pieces. Bake for about 8 minutes or till the middle of the chicken becomes white and the pinkness goes away. Baking time may vary by seconds or minutes, depending on the thickness of all pieces of chicken that are used. Using well seasoned bread crumbs enhances the taste of the chicken and also it will remain moist if it is not over baked.
